Trust & Safety
How we protect the Wardro community and recommendations for secure peer-to-peer exchanges.
Wardro connects buyers and sellers directly
We don't process payments or handle shipping directly. All transactions, payments (e.g. cash on delivery), and meetups are arranged peer-to-peer.
Verify the other person's profile and communicate through the app
Check member join dates, city, and active listings. Keep initial discussions in Wardro chat to maintain a clear record of agreed terms.
Meet in public places for local exchanges
Always pick busy, well-lit public spots like shopping malls, busy markets, or coffee shops during daytime hours.
Report suspicious listings or behavior immediately
Use the "Report a bug" or issue button anytime you notice counterfeit claims, misleading photos, or suspicious conduct.
Never share sensitive personal or financial information
Never disclose bank passwords, OTPs, CNIC scans, or private financial details outside of standard courier delivery contact requirements.
Notice something suspicious?
If a buyer or seller behaves suspiciously, asks for unusual payment arrangements, or posts inaccurate items, please alert our team immediately.
